Each order is carefully packaged using specialty cupcake inserts and protective packaging materials designed to help preserve freshness and minimize movement during transit. Every detail of our packaging process has been thoughtfully considered to help ensure your cupcakes arrive in excellent condition and ready to enjoy.

Please note that while every precaution is taken during packaging and shipping, minor shifts may occasionally occur during transit due to carrier handling.

These variations do not affect the quality or flavor of your cupcakes.

Shipping Schedule

To ensure maximum freshness and reduce the risk of extended transit times, orders are generally shipped Monday through Wednesday.

This shipping schedule helps prevent packages from remaining in carrier facilities over the weekend and allows us to better protect the quality and integrity of our products.

Orders placed later in the week may be scheduled for shipment the following Monday depending on production schedules, destination, weather conditions, and carrier recommendations.

During holidays, peak seasons, and periods of high demand, additional processing time may be required. We strongly encourage customers to place orders well in advance of their desired delivery date.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within a 150-mile radius of ZIP Code 33068.

Delivery fees apply and are based on distance, order size, and delivery location.

No Local Pickups Available

To maintain the quality of our products and streamline operations, Diva Couture Cupcakes operates exclusively through delivery and shipping services. At this time, local pickup is not available.

Order Processing

Because every order is handcrafted and baked fresh to order, production time is required before shipment or delivery.

We recommend placing orders:

At least 7–10 days in advance for standard orders
2–4 weeks in advance for large orders
4–8 weeks in advance for weddings, corporate events, and specialty orders

Rush orders may be available based on current production capacity and may be subject to additional fees.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During holidays and peak celebration seasons, additional lead times may apply.

Submitting an order request does not guarantee availability until the order has been confirmed and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Upon Arrival

Your cupcakes have been carefully prepared and packaged to provide the best possible experience upon arrival.

For optimal flavor and texture:

Remove cupcakes from shipping packaging upon arrival.
Allow cupcakes to come to room temperature before serving.
Enjoy within 2–3 days for peak freshness.
Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.

If refrigerating, allow cupcakes to sit at room temperature for approximately 30–60 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture experience.

Freezing Instructions

Many of our cupcakes freeze beautifully for future enjoyment.

To freeze:

Place cupcakes in an airtight container.
Freeze for up to 30 days.
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or for several hours at room temperature.
Allow cupcakes to come fully to room temperature before serving.

Texture and appearance may vary slightly after freezing depending on the flavor and decorative elements.

Weather & Shipping Delays

Diva Couture Cupcakes is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Carrier disruptions
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Delays outside of our control

We monitor shipping schedules carefully and reserve the right to delay shipment if weather conditions may negatively impact product quality or transit times.

Our priority is ensuring your order arrives in the best condition possible.

Important Information

As all products are custom prepared, handcrafted, and made fresh to order, all sales are final.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the situation and work diligently to provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.
